Honoring the Past, Empowering the Present, and Building a Brighter Future

The most common way people give up their power is by thinking they don’t have any.
Hello Inspiring Women community!
This February, we honored Black History Month by amplifying the stories, contributions, and resilience of Black women and leaders. But the work doesn’t stop here—true allyship and progress require year-round commitment. Here’s a recap of our recent blog posts and podcast episodes that celebrate Black history, empower women, and inspire action.

Black History Month is a time to reflect, but allyship is a lifelong journey. Our blog shared actionable steps to support Black women year-round, from amplifying Black voices and supporting Black-owned businesses to challenging performative allyship. We also highlighted essential reads like Caste by Isabel Wilkerson and How to Be an Antiracist by Ibram X. Kendi to deepen understanding and inspire change.
